keyword research for my blog

I have written around 30 posts in my blog so far and I didn't really do keyword research. I am starting to do serious keyword research for my blog. Should I do the keyword research in all my older posts or I should only start to do for my upcoming posts?

Also,I am using SEO presser wordpress plugin for my blog,any advice on using that plugin?As in,should i use all the same keywords for all my posts?

    I think your concepts are a bit mixed up. You do keyword research related to your niche so that you come up with words to place in your blogs so that they become search engine friendly. what you should do is look up keywords from your niche and create around or add those keywords to your blog posts.     Yeah if the 30 blog posts you have already done are closely related to the new keywords you have found, I would go back through and optimise each post to a specific keyword using SEO pressor.

    With regard to using the SEOpressor plugin, focus on 1 keyword per post or page and be sure to mix up your tags as you don't want everything to be the same.

    Definitely follow the above advice. If you need to go back over past posts then make sure they are optimized for only one main keyword per post. In the future find the keywords you want to rank for before you write the post then write around that keyword - NOT the other way round.

    It really something good you have decided to go for. Well, do the keyword and I would suggest you to depend on the probable keywords that you might have also used in your previous posts in order to get fast recognition of your blog as good resource of information in the concerned niche. I hope you are getting what I mean, I am trying to get you all possible ways since you are going to do keywords research.
