Ok so the more I read WSO's the more I'm confused. I read free WSO's and paid WSO's. So in 1 WSO I find a very good PPC technique to advertise without much stress, nicely explained and all, and then in a second WSO I read how paid traffic is hard, stressfull, how you must follow all the latest tricks to keep up with competition, etc.

But the point here is, that I would like to start a serious online business, and I just don't know what. I like games, but I can't just build a website about games as I'm not really good writer, and I pretty much always outsourced content writing (when I had money). At the top of that I'm pretty much left with no money beside for hosting bill for the next month. I however have 1 domain name available.

I tried to promote CPA offers on youtube, I got about 15 leads from that, but then suddenly earnings stopped, I changed an offer, nothing.

I do have Fiverr account with gigs on it, but I can't make any sale. I am marketing my gigs on DigitalPoint forum and few other places.

I do offer services on DigitalPoint forum, but can't generate any sale.

Now I'm never going to give up, but I just need a little help and guidance to the right direction. I am very serious about earning money online, and that would be really awsome.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated, please do not post those short "get post count up" replies here.

Please keep in mind, that I'm pretty much out of money.

You will always find conflicting information, because the exact details of how things are done are never the same between two people.

I think the key is to pick something, give it a real effort to make it profitable and follow it to completion before deciding if it works or not. There are things that I decided didn't work months ago, that from time to time get me a sale out of nowhere because I took the time to fully set it up.

You've had success with CPA on YouTube, right? Why not do more of that? Too much energy for the return? Ok, might be time to move on. You'd do well to take the time to figure out why earning stopped though.. it could be something simple that you can fix and turn the flow back on.

Fiverr works and is pretty easy. If your gigs are falling flat, try different kinds of gigs... get creative with it, and have fun! I often find that it's what I think is a dumb idea that has the best success. Don't limit yourself.

Definitely don't give up if you have a passion for making this work... but you DO sometimes have to give up the route you are taking until you come across something that clicks for you. Just don't hop from one thing to the next.

Quit spending money without a return... Any money you spend at this point should not be speculative, just HOPING that this thing will turn into sales. Spend money only when you know that it will provide an immediate return, or will allow you to do more with less work on a technique that is profitable for you.

Hey there, thanks for your answe, it's really the only one to do with what I asked there, I didn't really ask what is internet so why lessons on that?

I'll try some more with fiverr and youtube marketing, but right now I'd like to collect 200$ to use on PPV traffic and see how that goes.

I think you got some pretty good answers for what you are asking, what method should you use. My question would be, what are you going to use the $200 of PPV traffic for. Where will all the traffic be going?

Your dilema is similar to someone who gets in a car and goes "Now, where can I go?"

    The point being...

Generally, success online is a function of having a reason to use the internet to get your offer or message in front of more people.

    It's a tool. The internet.

It's nothing more or less than an advertising medium if you are trying to make money online.

Here's a little tip...you're wasting your time because you have your "purpose priorities" backwards.

Don't worry, you're not alone. If it was found out that 90% of the people who never make a sale online start out in your position it most likely wouldn't surprise anyone.

Anyone who actually sells stuff on the internet, that is. And that's because THOSE folks came to use the internet for a purpose, and not "some undifined desire" to follow 'free WSO's and paid WSO's'.

I'm not trying to sound cold here, but in spite of everything you may have been told, the internet is...get ready for it...just one advertising venue among many.

That's it. It's a way to advertise/sell stuff. Like products or services or traffic. Just like newspaper classifieds, only with more eyeballs.

Here's another tip... if you can't put your offer or message in a classified ad you won't find any success online. Period.

This isn't magic, it's an advertising medium.

get a few thousand dollars together, pick a paid traffic source, test, track, optimize, test, track, optimize, test, track, optimize.... profit!

Paid traffic is not hard, in fact it's easy. You pay money, you get traffic. The hard part is setting up a funnel that's going to make you money. Focus on the conversions first, then worry about the traffic. I spend money on traffic ALL DAY because I know that for every $1 I spend, I'm going to make back at least $1.10 on the front end, and a whole lot more on the back end. Build a list!

Ok, well a lot depends on your offer and if you are direct linking or not. But without knowing the details, good luck getting a decent ROI on that.

Like I said, good luck... Personally I would never spend $200 on traffic that I can only get to my offers 1 time. If I'm spending money you can bet that I'm capturing leads. Not saying that you can't make a little money, but you can't build a sustainable business direct linking to CPA offers. All I'm saying is don't expect to throw a bunch of traffic at CPA offers and be profitable. Be selective with your money and make the most of every $1.

Just because you have an ebook doesn't mean you are going to make money. There are reasons that people sell products showing old campaigns that worked. Simply copying them almost never works.

I wasn't trying to confuse you, just save you time and money. If you want to do CPA offers great, but send them to your own squeeze page first and capture leads. That way you are building assets with the money you are spending on traffic. Then you can promote whatever you want to your list. Make sense?

    Hi soliddigital,

You have fiver gigs but they do not make money. Are your gigs one of those that are in demand? do some random search and find gigs with high number of orders and see what they are offering. There are gigs that a single person can buy many times. Do you have one of those, for example to do with traffic, graphics and some other niches. I see many of them.

Well, besides that. Paid traffic is good and is one of the fastest ways to make some money. But like some warriors have said, you need a really good sales funnel that will convert those visitors into cash even on the later date. So a list is important.

Now since you are cash stricken, paid traffic will even dig a hole in your pocket if you have not developed a good sales funnel.

So at this time you would have to depend on free traffic sources, optimize that one domain you have, submit articles for it, build links and have some patience.

Also, you can find some freelance work at freelance sites such as elance, odesk and others depending on what you can do. You can put together some dollars from these sites which you can then use to develop your interests.

There are many possibilities. But you need focus.

internet marketing can be difficult when you are getting started. You have to perfect a money-making technique #1. Usually that will involve you getting more training then just looking at a couple $1 WSOs.

Also, building a COMMUNITY is the way to go. Your community should build you a list. You should market to that list on a regular basis.

Solve a problem and be patient while your income and database is growing.

Why not just take a day or two to research your options and then decide on just one. After making your decision, write down a plan of action to make your strategy work. Then commit to working on your plan a set amount of time each day. Really focus.

I sometimes think, most people just don't realize just how many hours and how dedication it really takes to succeed at IM. Do one just works 2 hours and makes $10,000 -- no matter how hard we wish, it just doesn't happen

Another thing you can do is get into some training like with Mike Cowles or Darren Monroe here on the WF, or Niche Profit Classroom, etc., there are quite a few mature, dependable training outfits out there. If you are into MLM there is also like MLSP or 7 Fig Networker, etc. Basically you get guidance, back end systems, etc. Oh, also Magnetic Sponsoring, etc.

Here is what you need to do. STOP buying 1 WSO after the other. The reason you are getting conflicting information is the WSO creators sell their product on the hopes of newbies, that don't know any better, to buy their product. So they will say anything in their sales letter to get you to buy.

You will find that 75% of WSO's are pure crap! So really ask questions of the seller and read the seller's thread before you keep spending more $ on just any WSO.

Be wary though the WSO crowd loves to scratch each other's backs. 1 WSO seller buddies up with several other WSO seller's and have those people give fantastic and positive reviews about the product in the thread. Most of the time these folks haven't even looked at the product. And once you get on a seller's list, they pawn off their WSO buddies products in order to make commissions. That is where there real $ comes from. Not from method they sell in their WSO.

So wait around until you see some unbiased reviews before buying. You will more likely get an honest opinion about what the real deal is so you can make informed decisions as to whether a certain WSO suits your IM interest.

Just wanted to give you some good, practical advice on what to buy and not buy if you want to learn more about how IM really works and what direction you should take.
