What was the best day of your Internet Marketing career???

Hey Guys,

I hear so much about how difficult, how tired people are, and how much money people aren't making online. Unfortunately I don't hear enough about people's successes.

Instead on focusing on the negative I was hoping some of you will share the positive.

I know there are so many people here in the WF who are having great success in IM and I I'd like to hear about the best day you've had as an internet marketer and how did it make you feel???

Hearing about other people's success keep a lot of people going.

It gives more hope to people than you know.

What was your best day???

Actually, My best day was when I met my first student and started teaching him, Andy was his name from the UK. I lost contact since... its been 6 years. If you are looking for numbers, few or nobody here will reveal any monetary figures simply because it would be too easy to lie about the earnings and top earners would never release dollar amounts publicly. Good luck getting replies and hope my reply satisfies you.

Doesn't have to be an amount of money made.

It could be a number of opt ins you've gotten on your list.

Or the number of sales you've made on Clickbank.

Just wanted to hear some more positive stuff for once.

      I hear you though!!!

My best days are not to do with number of optins, sales etc...

My top 3 best days are:

1 - The day I paid the last piece of what started as a $100k debt.

2 - The day someone I coached told me they'd just paid cash for their house.

3 - The day one of my clients told me they'd just got a $1M contract because of some work I did promoting them.

    nothing to see here.

Everyday I wake up knowing that I don't have to work a 9-5 and have free time for my family and myself. Which makes everyday the best day for me.

The best day of my internet marketing career was when I met my mentor. He is a big shot in IM any way you want to look at it, but he was still willing to give a little guy like me a shot at learning. In the first week he taught me more than I could have ever learned on my own. Best day in internet marketing EVER!

My best day so far was when I went to get some food for my chickens and came back with a big cheque to build and manage the store owners website. I asked some simple questions and I ended up with the account. It was a great day.

    Some great responses.

My most memorable day in internet marketing was in 2005 and was about 5 days after my worst day ever in internet marketing.

    THE WORST DAY

The worst day in 2005 was when I did my first ever affiliate broadcast to my pet list that I had at that time.

Anyway, I loaded up the broadcast and sent it out to around 35,000 subscribers. I don't know how I did it, but I messed up the affiliate ClickBank hoplink and sent a ton of traffic to an affiliate's site without getting 1 cent in commissions.

Yeah I know. What a dork but I bet that affiliate was happy getting all that targeted traffic!!

    MOST MEMORABLE DAY

5 days later I sent my second broadcast ever to an affiliate's product (in the same niche) using the correct hoplink and was lucky enough to make around $5000 USD in around 7 hrs. I stayed up all night watching the sales come though as I am in Australia and had mailed out late at night to coincide with the USA daytime.

To those that are struggling still, don't give up. Keep at it and keep the belief in yourself.

It's not all about just making money as there is more to life but seeing a ton of sales rush through like that for the first time was a total thrill and was a very memorable internet marketing day !

I agree with some of the posts above. It is not necessarily how much money has been made but achievments.
One of my best days was when I was able to quit my full time job and work from home. Being able to have the freedom to spend time with my family and still bring in an income was great.
I also love the days when I reach certain goals or targets that I set myself.
