All my Aweber Messages get filtered as SPAM?!

Look..i've been running a pretty good fitness e-business that is about to launch a product in partnership with a major player in this niche, a huge gym network group down here in Brazil.
The product it's unique, and this thing will blow...but now that i almost finishing the contract signings, something is taking away my sleep at night.
I've been list building since i started in these business. I Launched a squeeze page and thats about it: weekly, i'm sending people material of HUGE quality and the feedback from them it's awesome. The list have 4K subs and gets 50 new subscribers every new day, with out any SEO tech.
But, when i first started out, i was doing something pretty DUMB AND STUPID: everytime that i added a new message in my follow up sequence, in Aweber, i aswell broadcasted it. Because of that, people started to receive duplicated messages, and that made their emails providers marked me as a Spammer.
And yeah..this is the first time that i'm using a Autoresponder service like Aweber.
Now i dont broadcast anymore, and i make it clear to my new subscribers that they should add my business's email in there contacts list, so my messages do not get filtered as spam.
The thing is that, because of these dumb,dumb moves that i did, almost ALL my older subscribers got their e-mail providers marking me as spam. So, now, when i send people a message, from a list of 4K subscribers, only like 900 (max) oppens the messages.
It's pretty bad to work as hard as i'm working everyday, jus' for get my messages in the spam boxes of my subscribers. And i know that i'm got marked as spammer, because i have two test emails that i subscribed my self in my list, and BOTH of them receive my messsages throught the SPAM box.
Really guys,i dont deserve it, damn. Okey, i do, because i was stupid...but there is NOTHING that i can do to get my old subs back in the game? There is no unsubscribes - they are only not able to read my messages, because they all get them throught their spam boxes.
Is there a way that i could do something about it? Please, help me with that.
