Is wordpress good for sales funnels?

Hi!

Actually I am only building a squeezepage at the moment but I don't plan to ever build any other sites than squeezes and sales funnels.

So I wanted to ask that is wordpress good for squeezepages and sales funnels? I got a html template of a squeezepage that I'd like to use, is it possible to use this on wordpress or do I have to choose from their templates?

I would really like to move to wordpress because I'm struggling with editing and making websites "manually" or however I should call it.

I would also REALLY appreciate if someone could drop me their skype and help me out through this. Losing my nerves in a moment if I can't get the flow on this.

    Well, for Wordpress you can use OptimizePress to quickly set up your funnel. Personally for squeeze pages I just use plain html. But you can't go wrong with Optimizepress if you want a quick painless way to set things up.

    If You want to use Wordpress for Your squeeze pages then I recommend Profits Theme.
    Simple drag and drop interface to design Your squeezepages. Plus it is much better for blogging (if You decide to get into it later), than OP.

    Designing in Photoshop then converting to html/css might be a painful task for some, but You can always outsource it to oDesk. The biggest advantage if You design Your own sales pages from scratch is that they will be unique. Everyone in the IM niche knows how an OP page look like.
    I know many people has the opinion that simple design is the best, but if You get a good designer who gives an extra boost to them, You can squeeze out more leads for sure.

    Jason fladlin sells a great squeezepage plug in. it enable you to make one page a squeeze page without turning your whole site into one.

    You guys are suggesting a lot of options that I'd need to pay for. I don't have budget for that at the moment because I follow a principle that I don't invest before I've earned.

    So would it be possible without those premium plugins/themes? OptimizePress seemed like a very interesting thing though.

      At some point you're going to have to throw that principle out of the window if you're going to get anywhere.

        Why would I ? You can do pretty much everything for free also. But I don't even have to as I already earn online a little bit from non-constant sources. Just don't have any to invest at the moment

    Here is a place where you could get Squeeze pages generator plugin for WP for free:
    google : " Authority Squeeze Generator " I don't know it never tried it but it was what I could find in a short time, you do need to sign in there,

    OptimizePress is an awesome theme for wordpress that will allow you to set up squeeze pages & sales pages really easily. They also have a graphics pack which will have you hours.
