Not sure how much to charge for google ranking services?

i was not sure whether to post this in the Offline Marketing section or here.
I am making a fair amount of money online at the moment however i would love to ramp it up and have a more "passive" income i suppose.
I do not mean passive as in do no work, i mean passive as in i can be sure the money will be flowing in at the end of each month.
My idea is to cold-call different companies in my area and possibly arrange some meetings. My offer to these companies is to collect 4 keywords that they wish to be ranked page 1 for on google, they will then pay a one off fee for me to build backlinks etc. until the website ranks for at least 1 of these keywords.
(I will be doing keyword research before performing the service as to be sure that i am able to rank them on the first page of google)
Then i can offer to keep them on page 1 of google for a monthly fee. However i am not sure how much to charge for both of these. I was think around $200-$300 for the page 1 ranking and around $800-$1000 monthly to keep them on page 1.
Do you think these are appropriate prices? Considering these will be small-ish companies?
I may also be outsourcing some of the work.
If the keywords are not too difficult to rank for i may even offer a service to rank in the top 3 on page 1 or something similar. It would be great to hear your feedback on this and what you think might be appropriate pricing.
