Folks,

I am looking for squeeze page examples. This one catches my attention. Can anybody tell me what plugin it is to build a squeeze page like this? The website is Urban Survival Guide

Thanks

A squeeze page is a page with a prominently incentivised opt-in and no other content.

That's an "opt-in page" but it certainly isn't a "squeeze page".

Such pedantry and I don't even know the answer to your question, I'm afraid.

But if you're "searching online" for the plug-in, don't be looking it up under "squeeze pages", because that isn't one.

Pardon my ignorance but how about a 2-column page with bulletpoints on the left and an optin form on the right?

Hi Louie, I'd certainly call that a "squeeze page" (and I imagine almost everyone would?). The bullet-points are "incentivizing the opt-in", presumably? Telling you "why you should sign up and what you'll get when you do"?

I think what Louie is saying is that in general a squeeze page has no exit links, because its entire function is to do nothing more than capture emails. This page has exit links so either its poorly designed OR it the opt in is not the main focus. My guess is just that it is just poorly designed.

A squeeze page is usually just one page that asks for a name and email address for some sort of info. Thats just a nice looking wordpress site with an opt-in form above the fold. If you looking strictly for a squeeze page, i would use optimize press.

Quite a number of WordPress themes (some from StudioPress and Elegant Themes come to mind) use this same homepage layout, i.e., a horizontal navigation bar at the top with a widgetized area just below that often contains an image slider. In this case, the site has simply inserted an Infusionsoft signup form into the space - which is easily done.

Nice looking site. I am thinking of getting into the survival niche myself. I clicked on your link to get my free 6 pack report and unfortunately I was immediately send to a clickbank product sales page.

It's not a plugin, it's just a custom coded opt-in form. I don't know of any WP plugin that could insert the form in or below the header but searching for "wordpress opt-in form plugin" will give you relevant results.

The theme used is Urban Survival. It's a customize wp theme.

It is integrated with Small Business CRM | CRM Software for Small Businesses | Infusionsoft

I think I can create quite similar using the headway theme and hook up the optin-in box to aweber.

    Cheers,
    Louie Tugas

P.S. I used this site http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ to check the theme used.

I second OptimizePress. I would prefer simple and clean squeeze page. However, split testing is also essential.
