Something I've done to raise $3,000 to $6,000...many times is...the following;

Pizza Delivery businesses are ALWAYS looking for ways to "Sell" their Pizzas.

People who rent a hotel/motel room for an evening (aka Tourists)...do NOT enter their hotel/motel room with food. They are HUNGRY! So...I "help them get Food"!

If you put yourself into the shoes of someone who has just rented a room for the night.

They enter the room with their Bags in hand...they set the bags down...go potty...re-enter the room and look for the TV Remote to turn on the tv. When they realize their favorite channels do not have the same programs as their TV at home...they look for the "TV Channel Guide".

If the TV Channel Guide was sitting on the TV, in plain sight...they pick it up and instantly notice a picture of a Mouth-Watering PIZZA...along with the words; "Hot, Delicious Pizza, Delivered to your Room! Call 555-1234!

Whala! Do you think the Pizza Delivery biz on the TV Channel Guide would get some calls?

You betcha!

So...what I've done is make up a Display Sample...with the Name of the Hotel/Motel on top 2 inches, the TV Channels 4" below that, and the Pizza ad on the last 21/2" of an 8 1/2 by 5 1/2" Laminated piece...which the TV Remote is placed on so it's easy to find.

Now...I go see hotels/motels with a total of at least 300 rooms and get their agreement to place my "FREE" TV Channel Guides in their rooms. (This takes 1 day)

I then go to a Domino's, Figaro's or Little Caesar's pizza biz (these are usually owned by individuals who can make instant decisions) I show them my Sample MockUp and tell them I will put THEIR AD and Pizza Photo on the Front of these pieces for $1 per room per month for 12 months....($300/mo x 12 = $3,600)...and...if they pay me in advance, I will knock off 2 months for a total of $10 per room = $3,000 for the 300 rooms.

If he won't go for the full 300 rooms, I get him to take 150 and another pizza biz to take the other 150 (However, I've found that "greed" gets the first one to take all 300)

Plus...I GUARANTEE a minimum of "1 Pizza per room per month"! At $15 per pizza, that's $1500 per month MINimum.

So...in larger towns, with bigger hotels.motels...I start with 600 rooms and get 1 or 2 pizza bizzes to pay $10/rm....for $6,000 Gross.

My cost is about 50cents per room.

I then....renew my pizza clients every year....for a Nice Side Biz.

Getting the hotel to agree to a years deal and pizza guys want to make pizza and not make ads.
