Wow - that's weird. The headline had the opposite impact on me. It made me think that I should put this person on my ignore list because they use misleading headlines in their thread titles. If I get emails like that - I unsub immediately.

It might seem like a joke, but it is very real, and very irritating that we are having these issues. That said:

It's no joke.

When I see "please help" I always take it seriously as there have been many times when members here have been in dire need and either about to lose their house, their spouse or their life.

When I see a headline pleading for help and it turns out to be about editing videos and should be resolved with the product creator/supplier it just tells me that the poster does not put the same value/emphasis on the use of such terms.

Maybe your not understanding my friend, and I dont blame you,But Please stop acting like im kidding around about my friends drinking problems, DID you see my "lol" or thank anyone that thought it was funny? No, so stop acting like im kidding and lets get to the point of us fixing out issues with this WP site. If you do not have any help you can provide to this section then please go build up your post count somewhere else.

To the others that have responded with comments that acctually help, THANKS! I really appreciate it and I am on it! I will do my best to get this fixed.

Wow - Well that makes things easier.

You must have misunderstood me. I had zero conception that you were not joking about your friend's drinking problem - in fact, I made no references to that AT ALL.
So why you're being such an ass and aggressively responding to me I'm not sure.

Obviously you think that tinkering with WP is something that we should all be mortified about and desperate to come to your aid.

You seem to have completely missed the whole point of my response - there are people with REAL problems here asking for genuine assistance, and your lame use of a dramatic headline in order to trick people into taking your little situation seriously is insulting and offensive as it makes it harder for people who really are in need to get responses.

You must have missed the fact that this is a community and we actually look after people with real problems, but then again I must just want to increase my post count - 9,286 posts over 8 years is probably still not enough - eh?

I'm adding you to my ignore list now as I think I don't want to see your posts anymore.

To those at this awesome community, THANKS the problem has been fixed! My videos are now playing on the wp squeeze and sales pages! I appreciate the quick response and love you guys for it!

I had to set the settings right in HandBreak,
I had to set the video to be exported in a smaller MB! as requested!

Support requests were mentioned here before they even tried using the products official support???? er..... why???
