Sole Proprietership for Personal Sites?

For your personal sites, did you use a sole proprietorship?

I believe its just your Name that goes in the "Company Name" Item on Documents

I was a bit tripped up by the need for a TAX ID Number Though. You need this for Clickbank and Amazon.

Should I just buy another legal agreement off LegalZoom?
