Difference in traffic reports?

So i created a website a few weeks ago and have a few issues with it. First of, the 3 sources that give me traffic are all way off of eachother.
Here is the breakdown for the month of February:
google analytics- 27 visits 21 unique visitors
adsense- 55 page views
Host Gator control panel- 193 visits 82 unique visitors

Whats with the huge spread on traffic and which one can i assume is most correct. Also, why are they so off?

The other problem i'm having is lack of visitors. Google keyword tool estimates 720 local monthly search volume (i used USA as local) in exact match.
My website is currently Ranked in google as #2 for the keyword itself, no " " ( I think this would be broad match please correct me if i'm wrong). I know not to expect the full 720, but even so, 21 unique visitors seems extremely low for the second spot, and even 82 seems low. Any help here as well?

Well if you look at the analytics of your HostGator acct. you'll see that a lot of that traffic are actually bots and not real people.

As to the other 2, adsense and analytics, page view and unique visitors are 2 different things.

And even then, you can't completely rely on the stats. you receive...

From my end, i trust more in google analytic or google adsense report .
They may not the real time or 100 % accurate but i don't believe that they do have better choice from that.

Local monthly search for 750 is too low for you to target. Maybe there a problem of your meta tite and meta description which cause you low click even you on the SERP no 2.
Unique visitors and visitors is different while unique is those quality traffic . If you look for more unique visitors, make sure you target the correct keyword.
