PLR - Convert ebook to video

I am looking at some PLR eBook content that I want to use as base material, but then want to tweak it to make it my own, but I also want to convert it to video. Exactly what rights do I need to look for to be able to do this?

For instance, I am looking at one that has the following:
  • Resale Rights - Yes
  • Master Resale Rights - Yes
  • Private Label Rights - Yes (non-transferrable)
  • Giveaway Rights - Yes (giveaway ebook only)
  • Offered as a Bonus - Yes
  • Full Product Copyrights - No
  • Full Graphic Copyrights - No
  • May Modify Product - Yes
  • Packaged with Other Products - Yes
  • Added to Paid Membership Websites - Yes
  • Added to Free Membership Websites - Yes (giveaway ebook only)
  • May Publish Offline - Yes
  • May Sell on Auction Websites - Yes

Based on the this, I don't have the copyright, but I have just about everything else. Under my scenario, which items above marked "No" would mean that I couldn't convert it to video and make it mine?

You can convert it to video. But when you sell or giveaway the video you cannot include the private label rights with it, your customer just gets usage rights, and resale rights if you choose to include them. Having said this, a video is so different (unless it is just filming you reading the book) that people might not recognize it as being the same as the original eBook anyway so you might be able to claim that you were only inspired by the eBook and then created an original product for which you have the copyright and also the PLR that you are free to give away if you wish.

You can do that, make sure you don't copy the Ebook precisely, just spin it a bit. You'll be copyright holder for the video.

You have to have Private Label Rights, which usually means you can modify it but you can't pass on the PLR rights to someone else. "Modify" means you can do anything you want - convert to video, cut up, rewrite, combine with others, record as audio, print offline, etc.

Just make sure you read the terms that come with each pack. There are no standards when it comes to rights, and many PLR providers give different interpretations of the word.
