How to make an authority website?

So, i have 3 Amazon review websites that already made me 500$ this month.

I want to make them into authority websites. So what to do beside update them regularly and build backlink?

Is it true that if you have more relevant posts, your web site will rank better?

      The name authority says it all. You really must be an authority, not just a bunch of key words scattered across the page. People must come back to you again and again and not be "tricked" into doing so. Post quality content of your own, and often.
