So i have set up everything but recently i read somewhere that if you put the downloads on your website the host will charge you heavily if the bandwidth is too much is tht true?

How can i avoid this situation?

I have a unlimited bandwith hosting with hostmonster.

And the files are about total of 150MB .

So what other options do i have that is cheap and really good?

E-junkie is good. They store the files and you pay a certain amount based on the size of the files. But you can have unlimited downloads from customers and you don't pay extra for that bandwidth. Plus E-junkie offers a secure delivery system.

Search for coupons before signing up to save some money.

Yes. However, "too much" is like... several hundred downloads. So I wouldn't worry overly about it.

Amazon S3 is the most scalable and flexible solution, but it can be complicated. Most other solutions expect your download to be just one file, but if that works for you, E-Junkie is a good option.

As CDarklock said, Amazon S3 is the absolute best. But it isn't the easiest to set up. Unless you are planning to sell a ton, I wouldn't worry about it. And if you do sell a ton and need to pay extra to your host, what's the big deal? It's cost of doing business. And shouldn't be much at all.
