Warriorsupport.com issue?

Hey guys,

I posted a help ticket on the, errr, helpdesk a few days ago. I recieved a nice confirmation email, but when I enter my ticket support number (as shown in the email) I am told the ticket doesn't exist?

Am I missing something?

    Sounds like an error to me.

    Maybe the Question didnt go through properly? Try sending the same Question to the help desk again...

    I've never had this sort of problem, but I'm guessing it is an error their end.
