Another IM lesson straight from the Bible

It would appear that the hypnosis guys have some of the same teachings as the bible. It is pretty cool how I can read a bible scripture and view it in the context of my own internet marketing journey.

Again: This isnt spiritual and will not attempt to convert anyone.

Hebrews 11:8-10 says
8 By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. 9 By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God.

Abraham was a man of great faith. When God spoke he listened. I had never noticed this scripture, but it lets us know that Abraham was hesitant to go to the land that God promised would be a blessing to him.

He had to accept and believe that the land would provide the substance that God promised.

Fast forward to internet marketing. How many newbies come here (me included) knowing they have the ability to make a lot of money. But after reading a few threads and maybe taking a little action - they call it quits?

This board sees it all the time. I think I even posted a thread like that. It seems that believing isnt enough by itself. True belief/faith carries with it consistent action to see that outcome manifest itself in our IM careers.

Abraham totally believed, but was hesitant. Even though he couldnt see the outcome from the start, he believed enough to go to his land.

We need to start believing in ourselves and our abilities to make money - and take action to move toward our goals. Our land is ahead. $$$$ is just a few turns away, but there will be trials and struggles along the way. If we can get past those trials and keep our compser ( not give up), we too will see our promised land.

Believe in yourself. If you really believe, you will take action in order to see your desired results. If you become complacent, or give up over no sales or HOPS, you are not truely acting in belief.

I think once we grasp this concept, those of us who are new will begin to see increasing incomes. But too many of us give up... Sometimes right before they cross the borders into internet marketing wonderland.
