Grouping your pages in Google Search

I am pretty sure there is a term for this, but I couldn't think of it at the back of my mind right now.

Attached is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. Using Facebook as an example.

How is this being set up to allow your pages to be grouped together?

Thanks.

Google will analyze this grouping the links in the search .

Google analyze the links in your site automatically, according to the link traffic.

Google will choose the links according to the popularity and it will group it with your main home Page in the Search engine.

We can't select the links for grouping and this will occur automatically , when our site becomes popular.

Google calls them Sitelinks (click here for more info) and it's up to Google if they add them to your site or not. However your site needs to be an authority site.
