Advise Needed Regarding the Release of New ClickBank Product

Hello,
I am about to release a new product on Clickbank and I have a few questions.

1. I was wondering if any of you advise on starting a company (LLC) before releasing the new product on Clickbank. Please let me know if there are any advantages in doing so.

2. Also does Clickbank offer the flexibility to change the price of the product?

3. Can you suggest any good product that would walk through the entire process of becoming a Clickbank merchant?

I'd incorporate later. Unless you know for certain the product will sell, it's a waste of time and money in the beginning.

In California, it costs $800 to incorporate to LLC. That's not including attourney / accountant costs, that's just what it costs to file a LLC. Most ClickBank products won't even make $800.

What I'm saying is this: If you're a newbie, don't spend the money. If you know what you're doing, know you'll have volume and want legal protection, go for it.
