    There's plenty of plugins but you really don't need one for Adsense. Just copy and paste the code onto your site and poof, the ads start appearing.
    As far as CB and others, I've been using WP Robot because it has a bunch of modules which are the templates you need for each of the affiliate vendors. But unless you want to post content automatically based on keywords, just pick out the products you want to promote and again, copy and paste the code onto your site.

    Yeah I see Adsense is simple but was wondering if there was a plugin that managed them all.
