    Video marketing I've found to be very useful for one of my sites, simply depends on the site. I make videos and I am active also on youtube vimeo and a few other sites adding friends and subscriptions and generally leaving comments and input on several videos which I watch.

    If you work at it and keep expanding your network of friends and subscriptions it can be beneficial to your site.

    Video Marketing is one of the best traffic methods on the web IMO - it takes a little work to set and a wee bit of time for a video to gain traction in the market (depending on what keywords you are targeting) but once up and running it works away on autopilot for you.

    Sure there is a little maintenance now and again but its one of my favourite methods for traffic generation. If you need any help feel free to get in touch

        I have personally found video marketing to be very useful in some of my niches. I have tried video marketing in almost all my niches and have received varied results. For example I have a drawing tutorial website wherein the website features the step by step drawing tutorials. I take the snapshots and make a quick 1 to 1.5 minutes promotional video using animoto which I then use to promote my website. This has been a pretty rewarding exercise for me as the video marketing efforts naturally blends into the bigger scheme of things. This is one of the more successful video marketing projects I have. But then on the flip side I have had my fair share of videos that never really took off.

    Video marketing is very effective and can drive in sales if properly done. As an advice, try to do your best on making high quality videos because it will save and make you money in the long run. I spent a lot of time and money making not so good quality videos just for the sake of SEO, but it was not entirely worth it in the end. Good luck!

    Video marketing is HUGE!

    YouTube is the second largest search engine with 3 billion views every day and growing.

    It is definitely a great way to drive traffic.

    Make sure you drive traffic to your squeeze page and not to your sales page. You'll make more money in the long run.

    As the others who have posted before have said; Video marketing is a great way to bring in massive amounts of traffic.

    I've been a huge fan and found it to be a great way to get over all of Google's silly updates.

    It took me as much as 1-2 weeks to rank for keywords that took me many months to rank with my sniper sites.

    If you've done the smallest bit SEO in the past then you would be surprised at how incredibly easy it is to rank videos compared to websites!

    Video Marketing is awesome..

    I drive alot of traffic from YouTube to my sites. Remember there are 2 ways to approach it..

    1.Authority video/channels. create solid videos reviews, etc and build a brand.

    2.mass video distribution - (works if you know how to do it on a larger scale)

    And its great for conversions too, i have a clickbank product which Initially only has a sales page full of words and after adding a sales video. conversions increase by 200% + +

    Youtube is only the 2nd largest search engines after Google, if you really care. So the potential is huge if you can use properly. What's more the competition level is still low.

    I have just started using video myself and it had been awesome!!! It allows you the opportunity to get in front of your future customers. It also allows you to help people who may not know what you know. I agree the competition level is low. There are some really cool ways to to get ranked.
