I am curious if there are any sites that list what CPA networks pay say for a certain niche or leads in a given niche? Something where you don't have to be a member of each network and check each one individually. Some thing to use for research.

I assume you are talking about a type of search engine where you can find out all cpa price info etc? I doubt there will be one or ever be one for that matter because the prices and commissions structures for certain campaigns are usually kept private. For instance, inside Neverblue Ads you must first accept an agreement before you can view anything about a certain campaign.
