Finance Professionals, is this market profitable??

I have been delving into Social Media networks and exploring the markets.

One market that grabbed my attention was Finance Professionals, and after researching for a while I uncovered Commercial/Residential Real Estate.

What kind of Informational Products(eBooks) would be profitable in this market?

Usually I study the work they actually do so I can relate. But the Finance sector is just to complicated for my simple mind.

I hope to hear some good ideas.

Seems like that would be a pretty profitable niche. I would say an eBook about how to become a real estate agent, how to trade real estate for a profit, etc.

Whenever I'm investigating a new niche like this, I'll just check out some Amazon Book Listings. That gives you a good indication about what you could target. Check this out:

I would recommend to be innovative and promote an ebook that offers something unique to the readers and lets them earn through it.

Having dealt with this market for many years my best advice to
you would be to stick to residential real estate agents. The vast
majority of them are inexperienced, close very few sales and are
constantly looking for a "silver bullet" on the subject of finding more
    legitimate buyers.

The commercial real estate people are pretty much just the opposite.
It's a very hard field to get into and the people who operate there are
generally highly educated, very knowledgeable and hard as nails to the
core. They will eat most marketers for lunch... lol

Right on the money, imo. I've sold to this market off and on for years, decades actually...so even before there was an internet.

It's also a market that is constantly replenishing itself...even in bad times. So there are always new folks to sell to.

It's still very competitive to sell into, lots of established players, big name RE speakers, authors, investment gurus, and the like....so, you really need to niche hard, and focus on something everybody isn't pitching...

But I can attest there is opportunity there.

I think the best thing you can do in the finance niche is to resell services.

So for example, you have a finance counselor or a CPA who does business worldwide. Rank a site for various different cities and states around the country.

Then get an 800 number and sell the professional your leads for a huge commission, usually around 100-500 dollars per hot lead since you are offering things like tax services, accounting, finance management, financial advice. These are high ticket items. You just need to find a partner.

Great advice. Where do you find the buyers of these leads and how do you collect the money from them?

As mentioned previously here, there are tons of books on Amazon regarding this very profitable market. I don't have much experience using social media for driving traffic, but if you can set up book review sites and/or build a list you've got yourself a goldmine.

I am soon graduating University with a Commerce degree in Real Estate. With this being said, I have a strong educational background and understanding of real estate finance, development, property management, market analysis, and appraisal. If anyone desires to partner in a joint venture I am open to ideas.
