Video backend for outsourcing

Hi,

I remember a few months ago seeing a WSO that was for sale for like $29. It was a backend system where you could put video tutorials for your employees to learn how to do whatever you wanted to teach them. I'm having a heck of a time finding it, do any of you know which WSO I am talking about?

    Actually after digging for a while longer, what I was looking for was OutVeo. This was a WSO but I missed it.
