Clayton Makepeace/Out of the ballpark

Clayton Makepeace's Ultimate Desktop Copy Coach had an extra report listing lots of cool ways of saying things, euphemisms like "out of the ballpark" instead of "excellent financial returns" and that kind of thing (maybe written by Daniel Levis). Common simple ways to explain things, without getting technical. I no longer have it and was wondering whether anyone has a copy, or knows what its called or where I can get it?

    Clayton Makepeace released a number of great free reports
    during the launch of The Ultimate Desktop Copy Coach.

    The report you're referring to was called "The #1 Way
    to Electrify Your Ads!    " and it was written by Tony Flores.

    (The other one was called "The Value Sale").

    They're all sitting happily on my copywriting bookshelves
