I've got an idea how I can make some money, but will it work?
When I started Internet Marketing I was domain crazy, as a lot of us are.
I ended up with 20 odd domain names for offline businesses.
Things like: personaltrainermanchester dot net, accountantleeds dot net, counsellingnorwich dot com, etc, etc
Anyways, I was going to set up simple sites and get them to the top of Google for the main keyword. The domain name for each keyword are all EMD's for the most searched terms. They are all about 100 searches per month.
Pretty good searches for offline businesses, you might say.
After they were at the top of Google, I was going to contact specific businesses on the lower pages of Google and ask if they wanted to rent out the site (I'd customize it to add their details) for a specific figure each month.
Found out I didn't want to go this route. Now I'd like to try and recoup some money. I don't want to do SEO to take them up to the top of Google, but, I could still add generic websites.
So I could either sell the domains on Flippa, or I could add simple sites and sell them as a website package.
Would they even sell? And if so, is it worth the extra hassle to build simple websites for them?
