I just came across this blog and I really like the way he creates videos. Keeping it simple.

Easy to understand - just like a class room board.

I know there's some "chalkboard-like" software to make videos - but I'm sure you need a good amount of expertise to make them look like that. I was going to suggest some of the video creators on the Warriorforum. Some can get very expensive - highest I've seen is $600/min, lowest around $50/min... of course you pay for quality... my guess is something like that example would be in the mid $200/min range. Plenty of people to give you a quote in the Warriors For Hire section.
