Please Tell Me How I can place a paid ad on Ebay Classified

I have a product I want to advertise on eBay's paid classifieds, but when I try to get info on how to place the ad, eBay offers prices and rules, but doesn't tell you how to place the ad.
If there are any warriors who can tell me how to actually pay for and place a classified ad on eBay, I'd be most grateful. I'm not interested in eBay's free local ads -- just the paid ads.
