Considering a Web Design Business - Any Pointers?

So, after getting into the nice-site aspect of IM, I thought I'd try broadening my opportunities by offering websites to local small businesses in my area.

Since I've never done this before, I'd like to hear what you guys that are have to say about it.

Mainly I'm curious about:

Hosting - Should I use my own Hostgator shared account for my clients' sites, make each one their own hosting account, or upgrade to a vps?

Am I qualified? I know pretty basic HTML, and won't be designing any sites from scratch. Basically all I will be doing are nice, clean WP themes. Mainly paid ones, like Genesis, WooThemes, and Headway. My Photoshop skills are "OK" as well.

How much should I charge? This basically relates to my last question. I'm also not sure if to charge a one time fee + monthly hosting fee, yearly fees, ect... I was thinking I could also offer Twiter/Facebook pages and SEO for an additional fee.

Again, I'm totally new at this so I'd like some feedback. No need to sugarcoat anything, I can handle it.

Thanks :p
