Need help signing up for Pinterest account - can't click "Create Account" button!

Hello everyone,

I hope this is the right thread to post this in - I was invited to sign up for Pinterest and finally got around to doing so (the link is about 3 days old).

I had planned on linking my Twitter account with it (not sure yet about Facebook, since I hadn't adopted the new Timeline feature yet, and that seems to be a requirement to use the app), but when I input my information (Username, email address, password) to create the account, the "Create Account" button doesn't light up where I can click it. Therefore, I can't create the account and never got a notification that my account was activated. I also can't log into Pinterest because it doesn't recognize my username and password, so the account was never completed because the button won't light up and let me finish the application.

I'm using IE9 - I would think the button should be lighting up so that I can create the account, but it's not doing it. I even logged out of my Twitter account to see if that would do it, but that didn't help either.

This is sort of time sensitive - there is an invitation to join a "group" on Pinterest, but only for the first 500 followers (still active I think, but probably not for much longer). Therefore I'd appreciate any help you can provide - thank you.

    It is broken, I've seen people complain on Twitter. Let's try again tomorrow...

    I appreciate the reply - thanks!

    After working with it for a while, including closing a few windows, reclicking the invite link, I was able to get it to work, and was still able to join that group I mentioned.

    Therefore, I'm now on Pinterest - now, I just need to utilize it! :-)

    Therefore, if people are having problems via connecting on Twitter, I would suggest closing the windows they're in, then starting over again. Eventually, it will likely work - just have to play with it a bit.
