How do I remove the Exact Match Brackets in Excel?

Hi,

It's long and complicated but I'm needing to remove the exact match brackets i.e [ ] from excel to do a vlookup function.

How do I do this?

Or is there a tool out there that can do this for a big bunch of keywords?

Let me know

Thx!

Find and replace. Find bracket and replace with nothing. Make sure the partial cell option is selected or whole cell option is off...I forget which it is.

it already has a tool built in and is easy to use

highlight the column with the exact keys listed
    press ctrl H
in the find box select the front bracket [ then select replace all
repeat with the back bracket ] and when done select save

        ok sure do this

copy the list of keywords, open a new excel file and paste the keys into that and save the new file

        repeat the steps as above

The file you have downloaded is a .csv file. Which can not be saved after editing.
Copy it to a new excel file and do what tryinhere said. That will work for sure.
