Yahoo affiliate program problem in CJ
I wish to join the yahoo affiliate program, but my application was declined before manually approval, so my application was declined at once when I accept the agreement. Why was that? Did I violate any term?

I was wondering if its related to the locking period? What was that?
"Locking period -standard Actions lock on the 10th of the month, unless extended"
Usually how long does it take to get the approval?
I just learnt a bit how to use CJ, so this probably is a stupid question... but anyway...thanks for your attention.
