Default Providing customer questionnaires

Hey Warriors,

For example let's say I'm selling a graphics package, how can customers tell me basic things like colours, pictures, size etc?

I want each customer to fill out a basic set of questions but don't really want to send them a txt document filled with questions etc for every purchase.

Is there an online tool that saves my default questions and forwards the answers to me?

Ideally I'd love to use a script if you know of any out there.

I use eJunkie and may just have to resort to sending a txt doc and hope for a filled out return.

Louis

Louis,

I may be missing something, but it seems simple to me... just create an online form with your questions, and when they click the 'submit' button, it emails you their answers to your questions.

I don't think people would want to mess around with a text file, and send it back to you like you are thinking.

A simple online form should do the trick.

Jared

Do you dislike Exit Popup scripts but love the increased conversions?

Yes, an online form sounds great. How I make one and link it to a mailer is another question

I know my WYSIWYG has a form field so I'll go check that out.

Thanks Jared, Sometimes I miss the simple.

Louis,

If you need any help setting up a form/mailer, just send me a PM.
