Golf or puppy training niche?

Hi,

I thought maybe some warriors could help me out on this one. If you had to choose to be in a niche where your main focus is to build a opt in list would you choose the golf or puppy training niche?

The golf niche is very saturated but has alot of products. Not to mention people are passionate about it and would be a good canidate perhaps for a cheap monthly membership site. It would also be good for building a list in.

The puppy training niche seems easier to rank for long tail keywords it seems. Im not sure if people are passionate about it though. It would be good for building a list also but the puppies would eventually grow up into dogs or even die (sad I know.) Sure I can offer these people dog products as their puppies age but im not sure.

What do you guys think on this? Thanks
