Hi

I organize a poker tournament. I generally host low stakes.

I need some player. Can anybody tell how can I get more player using facebook or other free internet marketing tools?

Facebook ads have a great GEO tool for you to target people from your area. You could set up an ad campaign there and target everyone who lives near you.

I agree with above, if you don't have a website then advertise your poker tournament fan page or group on facebook and target the location around you, and the age/gender you want. You can also select the interests of the people you target, so people who have liked poker, or play a poker game on FB.
