Default ZIP File Download for Non-IM Niche, Is It Affecting Your Refund Rate?

Hi Warriors,

When you're selling PDF ebook to non-IM niche, how are you redirecting the download link?

Do you use ZIP file?

I like using it only because it won't get indexed like PDF. But is it causing more refund requests for you?

I haven't had zero refund request specifically for this reason (customer not familiar with zip file), but I wonder if anyone else has.

Takuya,

That's all I use is zip files. I also have a link to an unzip utility, so I haven't had any issues. Occasionally I get one that has a problem, but walking through the process always works.

Thanks,

John
