Interested in 50% Ownership

Hello,
I have a domain mybabyname.com and ebook product that I have finished but haven't marketed. The sales page could use a little help and it definitely need some marketing other than throwing it up on clickbank which is all I have done.
I have other projects that I am working on which are more important to me but if the right person was interested in 50% of the profits in exchange for marketing I would be interested in talking to them.
