  Can you identify where they came from (maybe with ClickBank tracking ID's?) and do more of whatever's producing them?

Better than what I'm experiencing. I have multipule websites and redirect links promoting top products from clickbank and no sales. I'm working my ass off and holy crap WTF. I just don't get it.

it could be because of a news story or something, I bid on many keywords in search PPC and somedays a certain keyword will have an unusual number of impressions and clicks.

a keyword I am bidding on is responsible for about 3-5 sales a day on average and for no reason, one day out of nowhere it generated over 120 sales and the next day and ever since it's been right back to normal.

This happens to me on a number of keywords on a number of occasions, and the only thing I can think of is Dr. Oz, Oprah, or some other talk show did a segment on it or it was a popular news story somewhere in the country
