I will soon apply to a company selling a software here in my local city.
This is my question. Are there any legal complications with outsourcing what you are meant to be doing for the company?

To be 100% honest. The person I outsource too has been my full time 'employee' for 2 years and I know that he is far more proficient then me at the job description.

I guess no, as far as the quality of work is
not compromised and all work is done in time,
and the authorities do not come to know of this,
    you are good to go.

But to be on a safer side, consult a lawyer.

This should be addressed in the contract, as some outsourcers explicitly disallow it (some don't care). The most important issue is that outsourcing outsourced work without permission can be interpreted as a breach of contract.

Thanks. I will talk with a lawyer to find the best ways to make it a pleasant experience for all parties.

      The outline:

I will get paid $25 NZD ($21 USD) per hour, 40 hours a week which I can easily assign to my full time VA for one fifth the price.

If they get great output, there should be no reason for them to complain, haha.
