I just give a look at your squeeze page and for me it looks very good.
Simple but professional,I think a page like this will convert very well.
About the picture for me it appear normal.

I like your page. Simple short and to the point. I felt like I had time to read all of it. This is the line that would make me sign up for your list:
How I pull in $600 every week without fail, and how you can do the same...

that figure is a reasonable figure. Unlike some other claims like thousands and thousands of dollars a week - or the famous - unlimited income...

The page looks clean and simple. Your offer is pretty compelling.

If I were you, I'd test different headlines. Anyone in the MMFH market has seen tons of "Who else wants..." headlines.

In fact, you might test it against the text that got me interested just like it got TMG interested (with a little rewrite).

Maybe something like:

Prehead: I make $600 per week from home like clockwork. If you sign up for my free newsletter...

Headline:

I'll Send you an Email RIGHT NOW Telling You Which ONE Home Business Brings in Almost ALL of My Income.

Subhead:

(And which "Biz Ops" to avoid like the plague...)

Just a suggestion. Main thing is, hope you test different headlines. I like the simplicity.

Actually I'm doing some research on split testing landing pages right now. Thanks for the advice. I'm definitley going to do some plit testing on different copy.

You gave me some really reliable advice and I truly appreciate it.

If anyone knows of some good, easy reliable split testing software I'd love to check it out.

  I don't know what the deal is with the video. It work's in Firefox but doesn't work in IE. It did earlier but its not now. I'm trying to figure it out. I mean it shouldn't be that difficult...It's a YouTube Video For crying out loud.

  It's call Glyphius, anyhow I put your headline in it and it
  gave a me a score of 106, that is very weak. Over 300

The design is pleasing to my eyes, however, the copy, well, it didn't do much for me.

What makes you different from all the rest?

I've read that beginning of your headline thousands of times, over and over... "Who Else Wants To Learn 'Secrets' That Most People Will Never Know About"... sounds like a skipping record to me.

Your headline did not captivate me, it just looks like you are simply doing what everyone else is doing.

What makes your product/service and most importantly YOU unique?

What's your USP? I couldn't find it.

The one thing I found refreshing was a 'no BS' marketing approach. Don't change that.

These were the sentences that really stood out to me, maybe something like this for your headline??? :

Which one home income program brings in almost ALL of my income, and which ones to avoid like the plague...

I'll Send you an Email RIGHT NOW Telling You Which ONE Home Business Brings in Almost ALL of My Income.

No, your not being to harsh. The reason I did this was to get an honest opinion of what everyone thinks.

Whatever you guys are saying and thinking is whateveryone else is saying and thinking to themselves.

I'm going to split test all the ideas I gather here today and keep on improving on what I already have written.

  Shawn it is a good capture page, what works for some will not work for others, it is not to busy and it is simple. As for split testing try two different capture pages one with video and one without to see what conversion rate you get.
  As for content and colors and what words to type, people see thousands of capture pages most people will not watch your video so make sure you offer something someone else does not, example is a free e-book or free internet marketing training videos along those lines will get you more traffic.
  It is all about numbers, the more people that see your page the better your conversion rate.
  And if you are offering something of value to the subscriber more people will hop on regardless of color scheme,wording and video

Shawn (and everyone reading this),

I've made my position on Mass Control 2.0 very clear in other threads. (I like it.)

But what applies here is Landing Page Design and Conversions.

There is something Frank is doing that is working REALLY well for his launch. And some of "the brains behind it all" is a guy by the name of Matt Trainer.

Check out my thread about Matt and then go see his blog entry about what he and Frank are doing to get Opt-ins of between 40 - 60%.

The best they ever did prior to what they're doing now was 18%.

Hi Dan,

Actually the photo is a video from youtube. It had some border around it but I took it out cause I thought it looked cleaner with an all while background instead of a black youtube one.
