For some reason, all my sites have been hacked somehow with malwares...

Anyone have any experience with this? and what should I do next?
There aren't any suspicious files in the folder from ftp...
but google chrome warns me for all my sites :/

Could your site be serving an advert for that domain?

One of my client's had a similar issue.

When I checked all the files on FTP server, I did find a file that was causing the problem but it would only show up with an error message when using Internet Explorer but not with either Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Strange!

Luckily, I had backed up my clients files therefore was able to delete all the files on the server and then uploaded new files.

    Problem solved.

I think you should email your web host. Maybe they got hacked.
