using some methods one day and others another day?

    My strategy does vary but most recently I could state my goal clearly:

    I market to real people directly.
    No SEO tricks. No marketing gimmicks. I build good relationships with people who find value so much so that they keep coming back to buy more products. Repeat business has surpassed new business (which I still get plenty of too). That is just a testament to the success rate of taking the time to build relationships, and follow through with people.

    I follow a relatively specific weekly plan for my websites. Especially when it comes to link building where i achieve certain results each week with different types of links etc. The best thing to do is create a weekly / daily goal for your IM. That way you can keep track of how your doing and compare that to your results.

      Finding customers for the product I sell is what I do everyday. I am not good at driving traffic to my website through SEO and other tactics that many of you use.

      I use local search engines to find addresses and telephone nos. of either business people or individuals, shoot out emails and letters and attend to enquiries promptly when I receive phone calls or email replies and then zero in to get the customer buy the product.

      It is really tough and challenging. Tell me something, last month I had around 1300 visitors to my website. Is it a good traffic or I should do something to drive more traffic ?

    A consistent plan is a must. Track and test. Keep the good ... discard the time vamps.

    I spend my days experimenting, find something that works then find a way to automate/outsource it.

    Today I will be experimenting with a new direct mail campaign, if it works I'm gonna pay local students to do it for me.

    I also have a set number of things I need to do each month, I just do them as and when I have time, at the moment I am also working on a pretty big project (offering my business as a franchise) so I spend a lot of time on that, I'm also doing some cold calling a few hours a day until I can get a script consistent enough to trust other people with.
