    You can use http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/.

They have a free version and a paid version. Its easy!

I use the paid version and it is something like 12 bucks a year or so.

Its easy! Nothing to download, just start recording.

As mentioned by other Warriors, if you look for free screencasting tools, the first to take a look is CamStudio; see also AviScreen, JingProject, Screencast-O-Matic, Wink.
    For Mac try Copernicus.
Take a look at all of them and make your own decision.

Paid: Adobe Captivate (expensive), HyperCam, iShowU, AllCapture, ScreenRecord.
    For Mac:ScreenMimic.
    I hope it helps.

PS A piece of advice: anytime you ask for help about software, mention your operating system.

You are welcome, Rangga. As I mentioned, if you have as OS Windows, start with CamStudio.
        Good luck with your project.

Debut Video Capture Software is pretty good and its free, but if you have the money ($299) or can get a copy somewhere Camstasia is the best. My old roommate had this program and its the definitely the best screencasting software hands down.
