After Effects Special Effect Kits

In the old forum, someone mentioned a company that makes special effect kits (like title graphic kits, muzzle explosion kits, sci fi effect kits, blood effect kits) for After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Can anyone recommend websites to get pre-made special effects kit for After Effects as mentioned above? Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction.
