How I Have Adapted Post-Panda Update

  1. Do Not Place Ad Sense Ads Right Bellow The Title Or Above the Actual Content. You need some content that the visitor can read before they see the ads. The official Google Heatmap does not apply.
  2. Article Marketing is all but dead. It still has its places but is 50% less effective than before.
  3. Reciprocal links with relevant websites have always and still work.
  4. Getting the exact domain name that has the keyword is not as important as before.
  5. Google tracks how long visitors stay on your website so good not just original 100% unique content is necessary.
  6. MFA sites are dying. You need to put forth more effort now. Picking a topic you know about it much better where you can add value to the net.
  7. Back links still count but are more scrutinized.
My income went from $1400 a month to a little less than $600 a month last fall so I have been trying to see what I need to do different. I try not to get mad. Google isn't going to change but as internet marketers we need to adapt quickly or we will die.

    How I Have Adapted Post-Panda Update:

    1. Maintain the highest standards of quality and quality content; build your site to give visitors more than what they're looking for (the money will follow).

    In short, don't take shortcuts and don't be tempted by all the "tricks" you read about.



    ...doing this over the years and I've never, ever, not once had to worry or quake in fear over a "Panda update". My sites were not effected in the least (except for performing even better due to the fact that so much trash was expunged from the SERPs).
