Default What rate should I expect for turning visitors into subscribers?

I launched my blog a week ago. SO far I have 5 subscribers out of 100 visitors. What rate should I expect for turning leads into subscribers?

My website is focused on achieving a work life balance and I give away a free ebook on time management. I have been adding an article a day to the blog and sent out my first weekly newsletter yesterday. I started posting on some forums to drive traffic and signed up for ezine to submit articles. My intent to to develop some niche products and perhaps a membership site based on the needs of people in this particular market.

Thanks
Andrew

Give it time. Try to do some SEO work and give it a more viral dimention, but a 5% conversion is pretty good. Keep up the good job
