    I am thinking about doing clickbank, but I heard it has horrible conversions so I am currently going to do amazon.

    Yes; there are many people here making our full-time livings from ClickBank.

    It has a big learning-curve, some of which is counter-intuitive, but it can be brilliant when you get it right.

    You can learn to identify which products will, and which ones won't. Not too quickly and easily, and not without some experience, and not always by believing what "courses" and "guides" tell you, and not always 100% reliably, but you can learn it.

    Yep.

    It "works" well for those who work it right.

    Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of people simply select the wrong kinds of products and basically set themselves up for failure from the get-go.

    You - much like myself when I was getting started with Clickbank - might find Alexa Smith's post on CB product selection helpful.

    (EDIT: Or you could just wait for Alexa to come to you ... hehe - sorry. :p ^)

    I am sure you've come across IM cliches such as: "Information Overload" - "Stick to One Plan" - "Take Action" etc.
    Well in a sense they are all true, you mentioned "rockin Amazon" a few days earlier, now inquiring about Clickbank?

    Trust me, when i started out i made the same mistake most people make, try to do a bit of everything and none of them successfully.
    You should research carefully and try to master the niche/method affiliate program you decide on before trying something else.

    It's hard not to jump from one to the other when you see people posting about how they made $xxxx with this system or that, but they may have worked at it for months before seeing those results.

          Yes, it's definately possible, and I think it's all about making that first sale. It really does give you so much more motivation. Then when you make you're 2nd and then 3rd sale, you realise that the sky really is the limit in this game.

          Genuine Clickbank screenshots have always motivated me, so hopefully mine can motivate you too.







          And I'm not making anywhere near as much as I plan on making.

          Stick to ONE method, and dont give up until you see it through, right until the end!

    You definitely want to review each sales offer and landing page. There are many good products on there that people make very crazy income with. The flip side is there are also tons of offers out there that are not that great. You have to sort through it and see what works for you and your niche.

    Clickbank is not my sole source of online income but I have fun with it.

    There are many people that do well with Clickbank. Interestingly enough, if you take some time and research on here (as well as War Room if you're fortunate to belong there also) you will find some generous Warriors who share with you there gameplan on how they succeed with Clickbank.
