Cheaper way to start a website

Hi guys,
So I decided to get my own website. I've blogging with blogger.com but I dont think its a good idea anymore since I am planning to get into some hard core affiliate marketing.
Can you give me some cheaper alternatives to set up my .com website ?
Thank you guys. !!

Namecheap for domain, Hostgator for hosting, in my opinion. That'll run you less than $10 for the domain for the year (some times there are like $2 domain coupons), and Hostgator is around $5-ish per month.

You can always get free hosting.

One that I have tried in the past is http://www.000webhost.com/.
Not saying that they are extremely good but good enough to play around for a while.

Hostzil.la will give you free hosting and wordpress to start - you just need the domain and your off. Also you can get a free autoresponder like mail chimp so you're ready to build a campaign just for the price of the domain name.

I would go with more proven hosting (hostgator, bluehost, etc). It is relatively cheap ($8 / month roughly) and have excellent customer service if you ever need help. In my opinion, they are just safer

A little caution with free hosting providers: 1. Some of them may suddenly disappear, together with your website, if they can't maintain their service due... 2. Their paid upgrades could be higher than regular host providers...

Thanks for ideas !! I am planning to go with namecheap.com for domain name. Can you suggest websites which provide cheap annual plans for hosting? Like its a big hassle and also expensive if I choose to go with monthly plan.

search the web for godaddy and namecheap coupons. I'm pretty sure there are a few $1.49 - $2.99 domain coupons out there right now

Just find freehosts, and add your domain name, that's the cheapest way to go.
