How do you insert Affliate ads into the body of an individual post?

I know how to add banner ads into a sidebar using widgets, but I want to write a blog post with 4 or 5 recommendations for Hosting, and put the affiliate links of each into the body of the text, and placed where I want them.

I don't want these ads to show up on every post on my site, just the one with the reviews.

I installed Ads Manager WP/BB plugin which let me add banner ads into the content, but the ads appeared on every post, and I couldn't place the ads exactly where I wanted them on the page.

I'm using Wordpress and Weaver II theme. I've looked through the plugin directory and google searched, but couldn't find what i was looking for.

    You should be able to get the raw html for the links from your affiliate site. Then all you have to do is go to your wordpress page and go to the html view. You decide where you want to insert the html and paste it there. You will probably have to try a few different areas to get it exactly where you want it. Just paste and preview a couple times till you get it right.

      This is somewhat embarrassing (as they say) I was sure I'd tried that, several times, and everything else I could think of. In hindsight, I think I was trying to add the html on the ordinary View edit page, not the HTML edit view.

      Once again I've fulfilled my blog's motto: 'I make the stupid mistakes so you don't have to!'

    Go to Youtube and do a search on placing an ad or image inside of text on WP. You'll find a ton of great info.
