Ordered business cards for the first time!

Hey guys,
I am an average joe, still in school but I took initiative and decided to go into my own webdesign business and make websites for local businesses. I am an amateur but I can mod themes and make websites well through Wordpress.
Anyway, I designed my own logo and ordered 1,000 business cards today. It's a great feeling!

    business cards are still an important tool to have. i go to tech meetups all the time and everyone trades business cards. QR codes are very popular to have on a business card these days. It bridges the gap between the paper card and the digital world.

      QR code!!!! O MAN!!!! I wish I could've posted this BEFORE I sent in my order for 1,000 cards. That is BRILLIANT! Would give a million thanks if I could. I guess I have to give away 1,000 cards so I can order new ones

    Where did you get your cards from? Vista print has some pretty good pricing. For some of my smaller projects I have done my own using business card stock.

      I checked out vista prints website prior to ordering from gotprint.com. Got print had a better deal. I'm not sure about quality, I will let you know about that when I get them in. Im not too concerned, I am kind of hoping it'll be crappy so I can order a new batch with QR codes on them!
