What eBay order processing solutions are available?

I am currently negotiating with a fulfilment house in the UK to store, pick/pack and despatch products that I plan to sell on eBay UK. This outsources a vital part of the work, but to further streamline things is there some kind of solution that will allow me to provide all the order data to the fulfilment house?

I guess my question really is; What is the most efficient way of sending the fulfilment house the order data?

For instance, if you sell products through a website, there are solutions available whereby all of the order data can be downloaded to a file at the end of the day. This saves the webmaster manually doing it.

Is there a similiar thing that I can use with eBay (UK)?

I want to automate as much of the process as possible, so that I can concentrate on marketing and expansion.

I am a 4 ID powersller on Ebay sales moer than $50k amonth US and I can offer the following advice.
In my opinion you must run the whole thing yourself FULL STOP
Dropshipping or outsourcing warehousing usualay leads to a very upsetting result on Ebay.
I have tried it all but now run my own warehouse staffed by my employees

I have noticed that the higher degree of automation on Ebay the worse the result.
As soon as you get away from personal service you will create unhappy customers who will ruin your feed back on Ebay and then your account can be restricted.
Under the current scene you must accept paypal and all Ebay customers are trained by Ebay to get refunds and raise disputes.
Ebay customers are very high maintenance and with the current trend on Ebay to give moer power to the buyer and less to the seller it would be easy with an automated system to lose control
Good Luck with it BUT personal service is what you should consider people want to deal with people not computers

All Valid points but I do have legitimate reasons for wanting to explore this area. I do not have a Warhouse and Employees, and have found that when a part time ebay business reaches a cetain level - expansion is limited due to time restrictions. The solution is either to outsource the fulfilment or take on employees.

I am not trying to completetly remove myself from the business. I am looking for software to organise the lists of orders so that picking and packing lists can be generated and forwrded to the fulfilment solution.

I would still deal with customer issues and oversee the fulfilment.
